So sorry but I haven't followed all your posts - is your problem
scanning (if so why? you still have your dB and all your channel info)
or tuning? If tuning is it only in livetv, or only in recordings, or
both?

If there is a difference between live and recordings, do you have fast
tuning for livetv activated?
