I found that the program wasn't on thetvdb, so I created the show on thetvdb.com and entered the Zap2it/SD ID on thetvdb to correspond to what I see in the seriesid column of the recorded table in the mythtv database. Nothing shows up in Myth.

So for now (since .25 isn't released yet), Myth doesn't take any direct action to get fanart. Okay, but the interesting thing is that somehow, without me ever having Jamu'ed at all, fanart was being downloaded based on what I was recording. (And I think in anticipation of stuff that had not yet recorded but was set to record in the future.) So while it may be Jamu doing it ultimately, there appears to be some connection from Myth to Jamu to tell it what to do, even if it is just Jamu reading database tables.

Ultimately, my problem appears to be a '/' in the name of the recorded program. The slash comes through from the schedule provider and I can't put in a '/' in the name of an image for fanart. I tested by manually modifying one of the recordings to have a space instead of the slash and then named the fanart image file with the space and it worked fine for that one episode. So I know that I've got everything working except the file with the slash in it. If Myth is only going by exact matches of filename and filenames can't have slashes, does that mean that my only choice is to continually rename every recording that comes in to remove the slash or go without fanart for this particular show? (obviously, no crisis but just trying to be complete) Thanks.

Ken.
