Thanks, Brent & Chris.

On CentOS 5.7 I am not getting the four devices, only the one. Now I've 
tested this card under CentOS 6.2 where I *do* get the four devices so 
this may be an ALSA version issue or something. However, I only have the 
one device listed: card 1, device 3.
