FWIW, I'm running DVB-T with EIT listings data, and my BBC programIDs 
are in the same format as your sourceid 3 example (i.e. 
fp.bbc.co.uk/something).  I don't know what format the the Radio Times 
feed uses for programIDs.

I don't think it's a recommended configuration to be using both an 
external listings source, and EIT data.  It could well be that the Radio 
Times feed uses a different format for programIDs, hence it all looks 
correct immediately after a mythfilldatabase run, but then when the EIT 
grabber runs, it will overwrite the programIDs with its version.  I'd 
suggest disabling the EIT grabber completely to see if that fixes the 
problems.
