To give a bit of background on why I decided to make the jump to the GT430.
I had a 8600GT before which was working perfectly fine (and had only
256MB of ram), and the 430 scored on the vdpautest higher in every
point than the 8600. So if the 8600 was good back then, surely so
would the 430.
