[mythtv-users] Temporal 2x vs Temporal-Spatial 2x

At PAL frame rates (50Hz) even a GT520 should be able to do
de-interlacing and 520 has lower power consumption than 430. My
original post should have said PAL frame rates and I ended up saying
NTSC.
