You should really reconsider.  You are transcoding from H264 (Part 10) 
to MPEG4 (Part 2).  It is a less efficient codec, meaning you are 
transcoding to a larger file.  Further, it has less support among modern 
hardware playback devices than H264, and it will be in a Nuppelvideo 
container, which has effectively zero support outside of MythTV.
