I upgraded from 0.24.2 to 0.25 last night, using mythbuntu-repos
(Version installed is  2:0.25.0~master.20120220.0e98fa2-0ubuntu0mythbuntu1)

My system consists of;
     MBE - P4 3.2 Ghz, 4Gb RAM, 7x HDD's, Ubuntu Server 10.04 64Bit
     SBE/FE - P4 3.0 Ghz, 2Gb RAM, Ubuntu Server 10.04 - Netboot via
iSCSI, NVidia GeForce 8400GS
     FE - P4 3.0 Ghz, 2Gb RAM, Ubuntu Server 10.04 - Netboot via iSCSI

Upgrade went very smoothly, but initially all mythbackend logs were
going into /var/log/messages - a restart of rsyslog fixed this and the
MBE kept crashing with;

Disabling UPNP server in MythTV (by adding --noupnp to startup line in
/etc/init/mythtv-backend.conf) solved this problem for now.

Everything appears to work as it should, it has recorded half a dozen
programs so far without a hitch.
I have come across a couple of minor issues:
             I am unable to exit from Music player, pressing escape
brings up the Exit menu, asking wether to exit and stop playing, or exit
and continue playing, selecting either option returns you to the music
player screen. I had to kill mythfrontend to get out.
             I am unable to download new themes, frontend reports
'error downloading theme on master backend'.
             Setup Wizard -> Video Configuration -> Test Standard
Definition and Test High Definition report 'Error downloading sample to
backend'
             Some commercial flagging jobs are failing with Exit Status
139. (So far only on ABC Channels, which only have commercials between
shows)

MBE has not crashed since disabling UPNP, Frontends have not caused an
issue so far, although they will not get a real workout until tonight

Regards,
Michael
