Yeah, exactly. I'd have a hard time recommending that card (GT520) because of it.
Mind you, it's not far off from an Atom/Ion2 there, and those work rather well
on nearly all content.
Here, my card of choice was the fanless GT240, until I needed the extra PCIe slot,
and then replaced it with the fanless GT430 -- currently the best all-rounder
for Mythtv.
