And this value is the one that concerns some.  It is,
on average, just barely good enough (in the US,
which needs 60 for Advanced 2x).  On a particular
set of frames, there is the belief that it might not
be able to keep up, producing an occasional
"stutter" that is so annoying to some.

Your tolerance for transcoding to lower (quality)
bit rates may vary.  Your tolerance for de-interlacing
quality may vary.  Your tolerance for an occasional
stutter may vary.  Your tolerance for price points
may vary.  Your tolerance for fan noise may vary.
Choose wisely.
