[mythtv-users] another unofficial pandora plugin

Pandora changes it's protocol like the wind, so it's impossible to embed
it's playback functionality directly into MythTV without recompiling
constantly.

Instead, this plugin (UI is ported from MythPandora), 
uses Pianod (http://deviousfish.com/pianod/) as a service
by sending commands to Pianod (which of course sends its commands
through pianobar). But since Pianod is an external server, we can
easily recompile the server instead of recompiling the plugin everything
the protocol changes.

You must have a Pianod server up and running in order for this plugin
to work.
