I have often considered starting a company doing just that with mythtv as
the foundation.  It's the only very profitable business model I can
envision being built on mythtv... and I think it would be an easy product
to sell.

Imagine getting back to your room at 9pm and being able to watch your
favorite primetime show that aired at 7pm.... or perhaps catch up on the
last week of your favorite shows.  Integrate a web browser, skype, etc.  I
know I'd choose that hotel over others, entertainment is the biggest issue
for me when I travel for work (often for weeks at a time)... and it's when
I miss my Mythtv the most.
