I'd like to add that I've been using a similar Zotac 430 based card. 
Using Advanced 2x vdpau deinterlatcing/decoding. It's driving a 1080p
set. ATSC 1080i and 720 recordings via hdhr play back beautifully.  The
video quality is noticeably better than using a software only decode.  I
do have the occasional hang (the card, not the system) when there is
some pixelation in the video stream.
