I have been using this card for several months now:

http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/NVIDIA_Series/ENGT430_DC_SLDI1GD3/

Works beautifully with material from both ATSC HDhomeruns and HD-PVRs
with Advanced 2X deinterlacing. The 1080i H.264 from the HD-PVR will
playback at up to 1.75X timestretch fine -- bumping the timestretch
above that does cause an occasional skip.

Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
