Mythtv doesn't have a default key assignment for "toggle audio sync",
so you have to go into "Edit Keys", "TV Playback", and find it in there,
and assign whatever a long-press of MUTE gives to that function.

Same deal for any other buttons labelled as "CUSTOM" in the driver source.
