Using more than one processor on progressive content means it's H264, 
and multi-sliced.  That load on an Athlon II would put the bitrate 
somewhere around 12-13Mbps.  You can probably expect to make it up to 
around 15Mbps, or half that for single-sliced content, before you start 
suffering playback problems.
