[mythtv-users] mythtv upgrade broke firewire recording

Hmn, the problem seems to be STB-related.  I've actually got two Pace
RNG-110 STBs connected to separate firewire controllers on this system.
Mythtv is able to successfully record from the second one.

I tested both using dvgrab and get a successful capture from the second
STB, but dvgrab segfaults when I try to capture from the first STB.

I tried swapping cables to switch the STBs between controllers and the
problem always follows the same STB and not the cable or controller.

Rebooting the system and power cycling the STB doesn't make a
difference.

What's puzzling is that test-mpeg2 can successfully capture from the
problematic STB and the captured file can be successfully be played back
using mplayer.
