Done. Thanks for the pointer.

A follow-up question: After looking at the backend logs more closely,
I had the problem 11 times in 4 days - interspersed with good
recordings (and none since - but I did do a -fixes upgrade). Each time
a recording a failed, the log message mentioned above was missing.
This suggests to me that myth could possibly detect this event. And
then try and start the recording again - say after resetting the card?
Not sure if this makes sense to do... :)

One more thing, a friend has the same problem, although he sees it
more regularly. As for me, it only started happening for him when he
upgraded from 0.23-fixes to 0.24-fixes. For him, everything else (OS,
hardware) remained constant (unlike me - I upgraded Ubuntu at the same
time).
