My FE/BE and FE only machines work fine with only the 1st 2 lines
in your original mysql.user dump. I'd get rid of the last line: 

 192.168.1.105 | mythtv | 9b9890430520b16e39afb3698ded2eb0

and let the 2nd entry's wild card (%) match any host.
