tried your video it also shows the artifacts using the ffmpeg decoder
w/out vdpau and in MPlayer
it seems to be a bad file/recording i doubt it will work for this
recording but you could try setting vdpaubuffersize=30 in the filters
section it was recomended in ticket #9311 and can fix some artifacts
when using vdpau
