Yes, but it is not clear that 32x32 is actually correct, since the EDID
does not match the actual size.

Run:

$ xdpyinfo | grep dimensions

I get this response on this monitor:

   dimensions: 1920x1200 pixels (524x331 millimeters)

To be absolutely sure what you are getting, you should put:

  Option "UseEDID" "FALSE"
  Option "DPI" "75 x 75"

into the Screen or Device section of xorg.conf. Making an informed
guess, I think you need about 40x40.

That file is installed by the NVIDIA-Linux-x86(_64).20.19.36.run binary
installer which is available at
http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=122606

run that file with the -x switch and it will extract everything (like a
zip file), including the README.txt. Odd that the repository install
does not include that file.

Well, I can only suggest that you increase the font size....or start
trolling your local computer stores for a used flatscreen. 24" units
with 1240x1024 resolution are available around here for pocket change,
while higher resolution monitors are neither hard to find nor expensive.
