Any digital tuner will work fine for the QAM and/or OTA ATSC DTV stuff.

It's the analog side that's become frustrating with the past couple
of releases of mythtv.  The software used to work okay with analog tuners,
but nowadays 0.24(+) have serious issues with most analog tuners.

I suggest you hunt down a PVR-250 card off of eBay and run with that for analog.
Those still work perfectly with mythtv.  It is also possible that the PVR-150
and PVR-500 cards (beware of the version with sucky tuners though) also still 
work.  I dunno -- have a PVR-250 here, and it works very well.
