If that's the one, you guys should probably mention on #9704 that your 
comments/backtraces/logs/etc. don't apply, and create a new ticket.  
Since #9704 was opened on Apr 1, and the change that you're talking 
about wasn't made until Apr 17, it's very likely that you're talking 
about 2 different bugs.
