Nothing wrong with 2.5" drives for long-term "server" use,
they work just fine when kept cool (same for most drives).

There are a lot of "reliability myths" about hard drives out there,
and we needn't perpetuate them.

Google did us all a great favour three years back (or was it four?)
when they posted parts of their study into drive reliability.
