[mythtv-users] Add DVB-T on the wiki

Unless this particular tuner has some unique configuration related to
making it work under MythTV (such as a bug in the driver that requires
a workaround to work under MythTV), there should be absolutely *zero*
mention of this tuner on the MythTV Wiki.  The MythTV wiki should
refer users to the LinuxTV wiki for DVB-T tuner configuration in
general.

Having potentially hundreds of per-tuner articles in the MythTV wiki
referring people to the LinuxTV wiki is pretty much just as bad as
having the content duplicated.

The reality is that this tuner behaves just like every other DVB-T
tuner supported under Linux, so the existing general instructions for
DVB-T tuners in the MythTV wiki should be adequate.
