Mark,
Even if you plan to use this as a backend-only, you might consider
sticking with the Atom 330 + ION motherboard (Zotac).  The Atom D510
is a little newer than the N330 and a tiny bit faster, but it has a
limited graphics setup.  The ION-based motherboards will play back SD
& HD and be more future-proof in my opinion.
