At least you only have one channel list to deal with. scte65scan gives me 5 slightly different lists, and I have not been able
to figure out which is the correct one for my location.

The HD channels will not show up on this list because the scte65scan get the list from the data sent to the crummy SD only
converter boxes the cable company gives to people too cheap to pay extra for HD. (like me)

But there will also be other SD channels that are not listed by scte65scan. And if you are only paying for limited basic, there
will be channels listed that you don't get.

You might try going to silicondust.com and look at the listing they have for your area, it may help identify channels not
included in scte65scan.
