[mythtv-users] Digital passthrough not working after upgrading from 0.23.1 to 0.24 fixes (ubuntu 10.10)

OS:  ubuntu 10.10 64bits

Play -l:
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 0: ALC888 Analog [ALC888 Analog]
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 1: ALC888 Digital [ALC888 Digital]
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

I do not have ALSA: Default after scanning.
But I get ALSA:iec958:CARD=Intel,DEV=0

Both Dolbi digital an DTS are checked.

In the advance options I do not get a passthrough option.  I used to
be able to get 5.1 out with passthrough on 0.23
now I get 2 channel digital output with NO passthough option.

If I set speaker configuration to 5.1 I get 5.1 digital output, but
this is not passthrough

Any help will be appreciated.
