Technically, it might be possible to do an "upgrade", but realistically, not from any relatively recent Fedora (12 and up?), as even Fedora 12 has packages that are rpm-newer than RHEL6. I actually stuck with Fedora 12 on my backend a lot longer than I normally would have, because the versions of everything are quite close to what ended up in the RHEL6 tree, for core things that matter, like mysql, qt, httpd, kernel (actually, kernel is the one thing I know for sure is rpm-older in RHEL6, since F12 has 2.6.32.x for its kernel rpm version, which is rpm-newer than plain 2.6.32 in RHEL6).

Anyway, I did a clean install of RHEL6, then simply slid data and config files over from the F12 install, and at least so far, all seems to be well...
