[mythtv-users] Movie Times broken in 0.22-fixes

I updated my system's auto-builds to use 0.23-fixes the other day, and 
thought I'd try this again.  I still get an error.  I'm running version 
24509, and I get the following in my frontend log:

Is that ticket NOT in 0.23-fixes?  Or am I missing something else?
