[mythtv-users] IM client for myth? (no more mythphone?) 0.23

I finally got a webcam to hookup to the home theatre, and Myth .23 dropped support for WebPhone!  Damn...

Is there an IM client (or SIP client) nicely integrated with Myth?  If not, what are others doing?
