[mythtv-users] HD VBI lines

I'm using a hdhomerun to get over-the-air channels. Some of these channels
include a couple of lines of "static" at the very top edge of the screen,
which I'm pretty sure is VBI teletext or somesuch that is usually hidden in
overscan.

I'm having a really hard time getting rid of it. If I adjust the fit, that
does it, but that setting seems to be global to all channels, and doesn't
persist.

I thought I'd found the answer in the crop filter, applying it to just the
channels that experience this, but that just adds colorful pink and green
striping.

Is there another way that you all are dealing with this, or do I just need
to sit tight until the crop filter problems are fixed?

Thanks!
