<deletion>Did you load the patches, I am not sure about their need now, but perhaps they are needed still?</deletion>

Sorry I mean't

<revision> Did you load the "MDD", I am not sure how much difference it makes, presumably some though? (I'd assumed that was
important)</revision>

later....

I just updated from 0.3.4 to 0.3.5 and gave it a run (again without the MDD) on a N1. Initially it crashed when opening Live TV or
a recording. All recordings listed impressively. The images at http://code.google.com/p/mythdroid/wiki/ScreenShots also scale out
much the same on the N1 higher res display.

Following entering a frontends data (Name, IP and MAC address - these settings may have been lost with the upgrade?) the remote
behaves significantly better and the screen control works for recordings, its responsiveness (like mythmote) feels superior to an IR
remote (Hauppauge RC-6) / USB IR receiver. The recording position bar even works on the remote, however there is no drag and drop
position functionality. (sort of joking about that...but then one just never knows with this stuff...)

Live TV also sprang into life with remote control.

A couple of initial comments, for a right handedperson the Vol+, Vol- and Mute buttons might be better on the right. (Is foobum
left handed?!) I didn't get to figure out the gesture interface very well, that might be more a work in progress or I just don't
get it...or maybe its not working on the N1? I presumed it to be a gesture mouse system however there was no spatial response so
I'm not sure about the intention there.

I'd love continuous pressure on the Vol+ and Vol- to keep moving the Vol Up or Down, after say a pause of 0.5 sec or maybe longer?

Once the frontend data is entered its now functional. (Mythbuntu fixes 23710)

There are still crashes however recovery from those is reasonably and variably graceful. Also more to test.

In summary the remote is useable for me and sounds like I got a better run than Bob did on this version. I hope these comments are
helpful!

Kewl stuff foobum. Do you want more comments at this stage?
