I'm running Knoppmyth (linHES) which is MythTV 0.21 and managed to set up for nVidia's twinview mode.

My LCD (VGA) is running 1024x768 while my SVIDEO out is running at the same time with scaling.

The only "weirdness" is that I can't use the local terminals outside of Xwindows. (but most of the time I telnet in anyway.)

If you'd like I could send you my config file for comparison.
