Jumping in mid thread here without really having read the whole thing,
just to say that I've seen this before and I think it was on ITV (and
ITV+1).  I don't particularly remember seeing it on any other channels,
but I guess the other ITV's would probably do the same as you might expect
this to be broadcaster related?
