First thing I had to do, was fix the line-up on
http://www.schedulesdirect.org/ .  To get the channels to show up
properly on the new channel numbers, I actually had to delete the
line-up and recreate it from scratch.  I don't know why this was
necessary, but it was.

Once SD is correct, then Myth should pick it up.  To be sure, I
manually ran mythfilldatabase with  --do-channel-updates --soruceid X,
where X is the Directv lineup number.
