No. The 2 recorders is multi-rec on the first tuner -- the ability to
record two shows that are on the same multiplex. Your second
(physical) tuner would be completely unused.

You only need to scan with one tuner, pull from SD once, then
associate those results with all tuners hooked to the same feed.
