Exactly. And make sure you do a full backup and a full restore (

http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-23.html#ss23.5 ). You do /not/
want to do a "partial" restore.

No need. You can upgrade from (IIRC) 0.11 all the way to 0.22 without
any intermediate versions. If you were running 0.08, though... ;)
