As the OP for this thread, I'm not sure anybody has answered my
original question, although I may have missed the answer as messages
were flying by.  Alternatively, I may not have phrased the question
properly.

Can anybody recommend a specific VDPAU capable card that supports
Advanced 2x deinterlacing for 1080i?

I was hoping for an answer like, "I have a Zotac XXX-YYY-ZZZ card and
it works great!"

I was especially hoping for an answer like, "I have a fanless Zotac
XXX-YYY-ZZZ card and it works great!"
