Whatever. That's what backups are for. There are tons of things I do
that could be done faster, but
1) Doing them the way I do is enjoyable
2) It may be a net loss to me, but doing so is a net gain for everyone
I help. Maybe somebody will take my code and turn it into an actual
patch to build this functionality into myth (either in the gui, or one
of the helper add-on scripts)

Besides, copying manually is error prone. Maybe you missed it, but
this wasn't just about the playback profiles...this was about EVERY
SETTING USED BY THE FRONTEND. That's a lot of settings, with plenty of
opportunities to miss things or do it wrong.
