[mythtv-users] Ticket #7486 Channelscanner misses some transponder

I have some questions about ticket 7486
because i want to get mythtv 0.24 working with Ziggo (netherlands) again...
The broken NIT doesn't let me channel scan properly..

In ticket #7486 Klaas de Waal says he got the patch applied with manual
editing of the
dvbstreamdata.h file.

What manual edits have to be performed actually?
And what patch did he use exactly? And does is apply to 0.24?
