You want a copy of mythweb from the 0.23 release ( 
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/browser/tags/release-0-23/mythplugins/mythweb 
).  Neither trunk, nor 0.23.1, nor 0.23-fixes will contain a compatible 
version.
