[mythtv-users] lirc remote config file for Pace DC50Xu?

Well... Now that I got this far, I find that there doesn't seem to be
a good (-- read "possibly compatible") remote config file for the
Comcast-supplied Pace DC50Xu DTAs to be found in either
/usr/share/doc/lirc/remotes/* or in
http://lirc.sourceforge.net/remotes/.

Anybody out there solved this impasse already, short of using irrecord
(at least that's what I recall was the solution for ones without a
config file)?
