It is somewhat disconcerting to be watching something recorded a week ago and 
see a crawl warning you about incoming bad weather. 

I suppose it would be equally upsetting to be watching an old recording and 
see them announcing emergency routes out of the city.

But this problem exists with any time shifting mechanism, not just Myth.
