[mythtv-users] mythfilldatabase not adding guide data to new channels

I just setup a 1212 and on the initial mythfilldatabase it pulled my entire
lineup and added the channels.  I have recently added about a dozen more
channels and they show up, but without guide data.  I've ran all the flags
and no luck.  Any ideas?  If I delete all channels and then reload with
mythfill it will load everything including guide data.  Anyone know the
secret?  I don't want to delete all channels each time I want to add a new
one.  Comments below each.

--manual
   Run in manual channel configuration mode
   This will ask you questions about every channel

Nothing manual about this.  No questions asked!

--do-channel-updates
   When using DataDirect, ask mythfilldatabase to
   overwrite channel names, frequencies, etc. with the
   values available from the data source. This will
   override custom channel names, which is why it is
   off by default.

Tried it for fun and no data.

Lastly, is there a way to make remove channels work?  or do all removed
channels on SD have to be manually removed through mythtv-setup?

--remove-new-channels
   When using DataDirect, ask mythfilldatabase to
   remove new channels (those not in the database)
   from the DataDirect lineup.  These channels are
   removed from the lineup as if you had done so
   via the DataDirect website's Lineup Wizard, but
   may be re-added manually and incorporated into
   MythTV by running mythfilldatabase without this
   option.  New channels are automatically removed
   for DVB and HDTV sources that use DataDirect.
