On the other hand, people using normal CI in a hardware CAM still can. A 
lot of users are still using cable-boxes that don't use CI+ and the 
stringent enforcement can't be done for some time to come.

So if UPC in your country is already offering cable-boxes or allows CI, 
for now you don;t have to worry too much. If UPC there is like in the 
Netherlands, your best bet would be to hook up some device to your 
cablebox and hope they don;t scramble it's analog or digital output...
