No i really meant I was manually changing the channel via my remote ;-)
Ive just recently acquired HD and havnt moved any of my regular 
recordings from the SD channels to the HD versions. Mainly Ive been 
using the HD channels from livetv. So before I back out  (and i 
remember) I set the channel back to an SD channel.
