This mode would be what I have on many occasions referred to as STB
(set-top-box) mode to the Mythbuntu crowd in hopes of gathering momentum
for making it easier to choose this sort of mode (i.e. box boots up
right into Myth) rather than assuming that somebody will log into a
desktop and then start Myth.
