Storage groups are not the default for MythVideo.  Due to the fact that 
the storage group support is incomplete, lacking both ISO playback and 
external player support, it is considered a 'technology preview release 
only', in the programmer's own words.  The default setup is still to 
define filesystem folders on each frontend mounted over some network 
file system.
