[mythtv-users] Windows build

I wanted to try out a windows build with my .22-fixes system, however
the binary linked from the wiki is from commit 21995 which uses
protocol 48 and my .22-fixes uses protocol 50.  I tried compiling it
on windows using the build script, however there were many issues with
it, most of which are already brought up in trac.  Does anyone have a
current binary compatible with current .22-fixes or a solid build
script?
